Monmouth Park Racetrack

On August 23rd, 29 of our blind/visually impaired members, along with staff, made our annual trip to the track as guests of the wonderful folks at Monmouth Park.

The "inside group" enjoyed good food and the convenience of televisions so they could keep tabs on the winners. The "outside group" enjoyed fresh air, and sighted companions kept them apprised of which horses were winning.

The incredible staff at Monmouth Park was helpful and hospitable, and ensured a wonderful day for this special population.
